Attorney DiFonte was born in Boston, and raised in Massachusetts. He graduated from North Middlesex Regional High School and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 1998, and his legal education from Suffolk University Law School in 2001.

During his professional career, he has practiced in the area of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and real estate. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Judicial Courts of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. He is also admitted in the United States District Court for all three of these states.

Attorney DiFonte is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, The Real Estate Bar Association, Volunteer Lawyers of Worcester County, Worcester County Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association.
